Had a collision?
Damage to a car, bicycle, or scooter? Or do you have damage to your house or garden (fence)? And was the damage caused by a car insured by Euro Insurances? Then report the damage to AMS.
Report the damage to AMS
Are you the opposing party? Report the damage to AMS and email us the necessary documents. Do you already have a claim number? If so, please include this in the subject line of your email. This way, we can quickly retrieve your details when we get in touch. As soon as we have received the damage report, we will contact you.

What do we need?
To properly process the claim, we require the following via email:
- A description of what happened and why you believe the vehicle insured by Euro Insurances is liable.
- Supporting documents for the damage you are claiming.

Sometimes an expert is needed
In some cases, it is necessary for the damage to first be assessed and estimated by an expert. This applies if the damage exceeds the following expert limits:
- Car > €1,000
- Scooter or moped > €400
- Bicycle > €300
Do you expect the damage to remain below the expert limit? If so, first request a detailed pro forma invoice from the repair company. Then send it to schade@ams.nl. Always include the claim number in the subject line of the email.
We will then contact you as soon as possible regarding our position. Does AMS acknowledge liability and has the damage been proven? Then we will compensate the damage.
 Suffered personal injury?
Did you sustain personal injury in addition to property damage in an accident? If so, please mention this when reporting the claim. The AMS personal injury team will contact you immediately to discuss your personal situation. You will receive advice on how to further handle the claim, so you can focus on your recovery!

Damage to the building
Has the car insured with us caused damage to, for example, a house, shed, holiday home, or garage? Then report the damage to your insurance company as well. If necessary, the insurer will send an expert.
